With DataPiction® 2.2, provided by TriZetto®, you can access data using powerful relational-database reporting and query tools in order to create the reports that your organization needs.
DataPiction 2.2 enables employees who aren't IT experts to create reports that access data stored in separate directories within your QicLink™ system's source files. After a report need is identified, the user selects desired data from QicLink and utilizes DataPiction 2.2 documentation to cross-reference the appropriate QicLink files. By employing an OBDC-compliant reporting tool such as Crystal Reports or Microsoft Access, the user can easily develop client-specific ad-hoc reports. DataPiction 2.2 also enables QicLink users to create virtual views of COBOL-indexed Sequential Access Method (C-ISAM) files and to develop custom reports based on these. QicLink users can interface QicLink C-ISAM data with OBDC-compliant Web servers, and perform Web-publishing of reports.
