Regina Paolillo
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Enterprise Services
Regina Paolillo is TriZetto's financial strategy leader on the executive team and oversees TriZetto's Enterprise Services business unit. As CFO, Paolillo directs all finance, treasury and accounting functions and ensures that the company meets its financial targets and is correctly funded and structured for current and future business strategies. As head of Enterprise Services, Paolillo oversees corporate development and alliances as well as legal, information technology and human capital management. Prior to joining TriZetto in 2009, Paolillo served as senior vice president of operations for private equity firm General Atlantic Partners, where she helped build a broad network of shared services functions to support the company's investments. Before General Atlantic, Paolillo led a turnaround and growth strategy at outsourced business services company Creditek, which led to its acquisition by Genpact in 2005. Through the turnaround, Paolillo held increasing roles, including CFO, COO and CEO. Following the merger, she served as executive vice president of the combined company's revenue cycle management business, which spanned five countries and 4,000 associates. Paolillo also held executive, finance and operations positions at Gartner, Inc., Productivity, Inc., Citibank and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She began her career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse. A certified public accountant, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of New Haven.
