Tim Fogerty
Chief Executive Officer, Gateway EDI
Tim Fogerty, considered a visionary in the healthcare revenue cycle management industry, has led TriZetto’s Gateway EDI independent subsidiary for more than 20 years. He leverages extensive software development and healthcare industry expertise to help Gateway EDI maintain its market position. TriZetto acquired Gateway EDI in March 2011. Fogerty joined Office Tech, the predecessor company to Gateway EDI, in 1987 and quickly developed it into a profitable enterprise. Office Tech developed, sold and serviced medical office management software, and Fogerty was responsible for many aspects of the business, including sales, software development, customer service and finance. Three years later, he was named president and chief executive officer. He then initiated the process of building the company into a leading provider of healthcare claims processing solutions. Fogerty later sold the practice management business and changed the company’s name to Gateway EDI, Inc., focusing on the growing revenue cycle management market opportunity. He is a graduate of Washington University in Saint Louis, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in information systems.
