The application also enables clinicians and facilities to share consistent information regarding members’ care.

The CareAdvance Provider application serves as the provider-facing component of CareAdvance Enterprise®, TriZetto’s comprehensive care management solution, and is sold as an add-on component of the Clinical CareAdvance® application.
