(Nasdaq:TZIX) today announced a joint initiative to offer Web-enabled technology that will allow managed care organizations to design and automate benefits packages that their members can customize and maintain online. The solution, called MyHealthplan(TM), will help managed care organizations meet growing consumer demand for flexibility and choice. Accessible through the Internet, MyHealthplan will allow plan members to design their own health care benefits packages by selecting from a range of benefit options, network options, co-payments, and deductibles.

Coupled with the Erisco Facets(R) managed care administration system, TriZetto's HealthWeb(R) e-business platform, YourDoctor's(R) navigational system and several other applications, MyHealthplan will provide a lower cost platform with the capabilities to give members greater choices and to provide improved service and convenience through both Web-enabled self-service and a state-of-the-art call center.

YourDoctor's HealthMap(SM) platform will be the navigational system used to connect much of the powerful tools and programs brought together in MyHealthplan. The HealthMaps(SM) will allow managed care organization members and providers access to extremely detailed and relevant information, tools, and services through a graphical format based on medical management decision points. This includes bringing to the user multiple channels of third party information, tools, and services as well as those provided by MyHealthplan and those which belong to the client managed care organizations.

MyHealthplan will also offer benefits to managed care organizations' other constituents, such as physicians and employer groups. For physicians, those benefits include near-time claims adjudication and payment as well as fewer and simpler administrative requirements in dealing with the health plan. For employers, MyHealthplan will provide less costly, automated benefits administration as well as the ability to offer an attractive open-access alternative to employees who want flexibility and choice.
